Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no charge, via YouCanBookMe or by email at hello@yourpathofresilience.com
Cancellation under 48 hours
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the session results in the session being counted as used, with no refund. Rescheduling is not guaranteed within this timeframe.
No-show
Any absence without prior notification is counted as a session used.
If I need to reschedule
If I am unable to hold a session, I will offer alternative slots as soon as possible. If no suitable slot can be found, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds
A refund is granted only in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation on my part without the possibility of rescheduling
- Confirmed duplicate charge
- Technical failure preventing the session from taking place
Outside of these cases, sessions are non-refundable, as the booking commits dedicated time and a digital service.
Pack of 3 sessions
The pack is non-refundable after the first session has been used. Before the first session, a refund is possible, minus any applicable Stripe processing fees. The pack is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
