I am a life transition companion who has walked through profound loss. I offer companionship, presence, and guidance through lived experience. This is companion work for women navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions.
Tears are completely welcome. I've held space for women who've cried through entire sessions, women who've sat in silence, women who've raged. All of it belongs here.
There's no timeline. Some women come to me weeks after loss, others years later. The only requirement is that you're able to show up for a conversation.
Sessions are designed for one person at a time. This is your space to be completely yourself. However, if having someone nearby (off-camera) helps you feel safer, that's absolutely fine.
This work is about learning to hold both grief and life together. You're welcome here exactly as you are, in whatever depths you find yourself.
Yes. Many women find it helpful to book a series. Reach out via email and we can discuss what would serve you best. I offer 3-session and 6-session packages at a reduced rate.
In 2016, my daughter Aïda Raphaëlle lived five months in NICU before she passed. Six months later, my father passed. I lost my identity, my certainties, my life as I knew it.
What I discovered through the depths: gratitude and grief coexist. Clarity emerges. Purpose reveals itself through transformation. I found Grace through my own journey—quite literally, as Grace is my living daughter's name.
I companion women through major life transitions—loss, identity shifts, life ruptures—walking alongside with presence and patience until you recognize the resilience that was always yours.
This work is in honour of my daughter, Aïda Raphaëlle, whose brief life continues to illuminate the path.
